9. By completing and submitting this online form, you show a desire to establish business contacts with the Author.

10. The Client is obliged to during the preparation of the exhibition provide gallery, find digital printing shop (in which the pictures would be printed on canvas) and a framer. The Author chooses frames for the paintings.

11. In the preparation of the exhibition, the Author furnishes to Client his catalog of paintings (format: A4) and a promotional poster announcing the exhibition (format: 100 x 70 cm). The Client gets one printed copy of the catalog and poster as well as their record on a CD where printing preparation was performed. The above catalog and poster can be seen previously on the web site. The number of printed copies of paintings catalog and promotional posters announcing the exhibition is determined by the Client. Price of the painting catalog is also determined by the Client and all proceeds from the catalogue sale during the exhibition. The Author shall furnish in a return letter a preliminary agreement about business cooperation, stating the amount and bank account to which the Client should make the payment for the ordered materials to be furnished.

12. The Author with his assistant comes 7 – 10 days before the opening of the exhibition. In this period, the Author with Client prints and frames the pre-selected paintings that will be posted in the gallery. During the exhibition other paintings from the catalog may be ordered. The prices of printing and framing paintings (paintings posted in the gallery as well as paintings that can be ordered) shall be borne by the Client.

13. The Client is obliged to provide to the Author and his assistant a return air ticket and hotel accommodation with full board, during entire preparation and duration of the exhibition. Hotel category shall not be below (****).

14. The Client (and the Author’s assistant) enters interested buyers of certain paintings on a daily basis. Buyers leave their addresses and telephone numbers and prepay 30% of the price of selected paintings. The Client, in consultation with the Author (depending on the number of daily ordering of paintings), prints, frames and delivers paintings to buyers every 2 – 3 days or in other longer intervals. Buyers, by taking the ordered paintings in the gallery, pay the remaining 70% of the painting. Each painting purchased the Author signs and stamps.

15. Prices of individual paintings as well as all other technical – financial details are specified in the agreement on business cooperation between the Author and organizer of the exhibition.
