Miroslav Kuka was born in 1968 in Belgrade. After completion the military service where he was recruited into the Navy, he began his studies at the Faculty of Natural Sciences and Mathematics in Belgrade. He graduated in 1993 at the Department of Physics and Basics of Technics, as the first graduated of his generation. After graduation, he enrolled in postgraduate studies at the Faculty of Philosophy in Belgrade, where he obtained his master’s degree in 1998 at the Department of Didactics. In 2007 he obtained his doctorate Ph.D. title at the Faculty of Pedagogy in Bitola (The University of the Saint Clement of Ohrid in Macedonia), at the Department of Pedagogical Methodology. In Macedonia, he was elected to all professorships in academic studies (field of natural and social science methodology), and in Serbia he was elected to all professorships in applied (vocational) studies (field of pedagogical science).

After graduation, he employed with the Ministry of Interior of Serbia, the Department of the State Security (RDB), where he worked as an inspector of the operative work in the counterintelligence service. In 1995, he was awarded by the RDB for the achieved results. On his own initiative at the end of the nineties, he decided to leave the RDB and soon after, he opened his own security agency, called Tete-A-Tete Security. He was actively involved in Martial Arts (he holds a black belt in karate) and marathon swimming. In 2022, wins the first place at the master Championship of Serbia in athletics / Belgrade (discipline of disc throwing) and the second place at the master Balkan Championship in athletics / Thessaloniki (discipline of high jump).

He is one of the founders of the Republican Party of Serbia and from 2001 to 2010 he was its president. The sponsor and the organizer of a large number of humanitarian actions in Serbia and countries in the region. In the sphere of art, he built his direction in the field of Digital Art (digital painting), and his paintings are in private collections around the world.

He wrote and published a large number of textbooks on natural and social sciences, as well as commercial books on religion, philosophy, freemasonry, esotericism, etc. According to official institutional data (published in the media), his textbooks in physics, mathematics and informatics were among the five best-selling textbooks in Serbia from 2001 to 2005. Additionally, he is the publisher, the holder and the financier of two international projects on new structures of the educational system from the preschool age up to a higher education, whose results of which have been presented and published all over the world. In addition, he is the author of licensed programs for continuous professional improvment of professors (approved in 2011 by the Institute for the Improvement of Education and Upbringing in Serbia). In the domain of popular science, he has a large number of his programs and hypotheses in the field of natural and social sciences, which were published in scientific journals and presented at the conferences all over the world. A large number of invitation letters around the world were sent to him to orally present his research, publishes and edits scientific journals in the field of social sciences.
